Another year, another long list of Irish Blog Award nominees.

Each one of them no doubt suffering from hunchy spine and achey toe.

So here’s what I propose to do:

There are over 500 nominations for the blog awards. I’m offering to help each and every one of you, FOR FREE.

First off, if you are one of the nominees well done. And here’s the bonus - if you would like instant relief from hunchy spine or achey toe then then read on.

TO EACH AND EVERY NOMINEE

I will give you a back or foot rub at no cost to you. I’m going to check your feet for the most common bunion and corn issues. I'll check your spine for intra-vertrebral displacements. I'll tell you if your arm or leg pits pong.

No catches. No fee. Just fifteen minutes of foot or back relief for free.

Now, mindful of the fact that there are over 500 of you who can take me up on this offer, I need to create some process to achieve my goal of helping you all.

So I’m going to ask anyone who wishes to take up my offer to give me a little information. Nothing private. Just a few tidbits.

I'd like to be upfront in telling you that I can't help you if:
* you have more or less than ten toes
* you have a hairy back
* you have hairy toes
* you want it to go further

I intend devoting around 15 minutes to each nominee. That might not sound like a lot of time for a back or foot rub, but I have strong gnarly mitts and use the finest massage gel with essence of papaya and coconut.

If I get a large response to this offer (go on surprise me) it will likely take me quite some time to complete every rub. I’d love to be able to just drop everything and call round, but that’s simply not feasible.
